I’m a developer.
I love to create websites. I love to turn ideas and concepts into reality. I write front end code. I write back end code.
My love of tinkering and learning is what got me started on this path over ten years ago. That’s when I started getting acquainted with WordPress and it’s been my CMS of choice ever since. I’ve dabbled with other CMSs but WordPress is still my favorite.
I’ve worn many hats over the past few years: I’ve been a freelancer, I’ve done agency work and now I’m back to freelancing. (I really like making my own schedule)
During that time I have developed WordPress themes and plugins, PHP applications, front end e-commerce integrations, responsive sites, and Ruby applications. And I have had the pleasure of working with many small businesses, entrepreneurs, agencies, and freelancers along the way.
That’s what I love to do.
When I’m not coding I still wear many hats, just different ones. I play the role of mom to two teens wishing they didn’t grow up so fast. I’m always making something, it doesn’t have to be confined to a computer. Cooking, art, and knitting are my current
